Your Customer Service Officer looks after a maximum of 20 accounts. No more. It’s a ratio that’s very low compared to others in our industry. On hand with support and advice when you need them is our team of specialists, experts in areas such as Health & Safety, Employment Law, Recruitment, Surveys and Installation, Electronics and more.

Regular Reviews

Also supporting your Customer Service Officer’s are Saksham Group Regional Managers and the Saksham Group Management providing strategic direction to the development of our business, they'll also meet regularly with you listen to and sort out the big issues, while your dedicated officer’s works at the coal face, agreeing and implementing detailed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

These clearly define what we will deliver and monitor how well we do it.
